Since 1999, the Grasslands Conservation Council has worked with mapping and GIS coordinators, academic and private researchers, biologists, agrologists and other experts in the field to compile a multi-faceted and wide-ranging collection of data on the grasslands of British Columbia.
The GCC has made much of the information available on the following pages to aid researchers and the general public in their pursuit of knowledge about grasslands species, characteristics and classifications.
